Functie-eisen
Dutch Environmental permit application, regulatory compliance verification of emissions to air (e.g. Activiteitenbesluit/ omgevingswet), BAT/BREF risk related to soil (NRB), PGS’s, odor dispersion calculation, Flora & Fauna regulations, and preparation of the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) report. Non-negotiables (Minimum criteria that are required for hire, used to shortlist applications):
- Process Safety knowledge and experience; Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or Environmental or in another relevant engineering discipline.
- Preferable Permitting capabilities for complex multi-office projects. EPC(m) project experience.
- Familiar with International and European and Dutch rules and regulations related to permitting and Safety Engineering.
- Able to report in the Dutch Language to the Authorities.
